Sébastien FRAYSSE is the founding member of KNOWLEDGE DECISION and its main consultant as well. For 10 years now, he has been perfecting its knowledge on the multimedia and e-Learning technologies and has kept on reinforcing an expertise that he sets at our customers’ disposal and that he enhances by means of diverse conferences and publications.

Holder of a Master’s Degree in Computer Science and a PhD in multimedia, Sébastien FRAYSSE made his first professional steps in 1999 within start-ups specialized in the development of multimedia applications (Oppidum Software, Avenir Conception).

In 2002, he decided to get dedicated to the development of training tools for the aeronautical industry, within Companies Apside and i3M in Toulouse. He assumed the functions of Developer, Project Manager, Technical Manager and Innovation Manager. He managed innovating projects such as 3D Training Tools and Use of Smart Graphics. His works found a particular echo within the AICC* where it took an active part in a working group. In addition, he carried out consulting missions and ensured the group technological watch activities.

In 2008, he moved towards independence and founded KNOWLEDGE DECISION. Within 2 years, he managed to obtain high-selection references thanks to several key-projects, thus enabling the company to establish strong economic and technical bases.

Profile

The e-Learning IT expert understands the needs of the technology involved in learning content development. S/he is familiar with e-Learning standards, including recognized global standards and practices.

As technology moves at a high speed, the IT expert should keep abreast of the latest development and standards in the world, and the future of this area. S/he should understand the current infrastructure of the organization, and how the new tool might impact on it.

S/he provides the consultancy to the selection team in this area of expertise. As the selection and implementation process might take a long while before it is used, the IT expert should advise on the durability of the tool and technology selected.
